REVIEW
A. STRENGTH/ BENEFITS
1. Has a strong marketing team and pitch deck to convince companies.
2. Has a team that has experiences in event handling.
3. We have several companies who are keen to be working again with us.
4. We can leverage more companies for the next one through future
networks and establishment of the career fair.
5. We have website system for our program that can be used for the
future.
B. WEAKNESS
1. Miscommunication during the program.
2. The task is not distributed well because of change of program flow.
3. There are a few things that is missed out such as buying the tag cover
and the token of appreciation for the forum speaker.
4. The crew does not stick to their task and venue as located.
5. It is raining after the prayer and lunch break and it affects the number
of participants coming to the exhibition.
C. WAYS TO OVERCOME
1. Improve the communication for the next project
2. Everyone should stick with their team and the task given to avoid
confusion. The other crews should cover each other.
3. Need to have a brief briefing before the program even though there is
meeting and also briefing a day before to recap everything.
4. Planning the program earlier and plan the flow more thorough.
5. Everyone need to be flexible in any situation.
