The talk emphasizes on the importance of competitive
programming and how to train problem solving skills among
students. He emphasizes the importance of be able to
participate in international programming contest like ACM-
ICPC. Many of his students got internships in Google USA,
Google France, Facebook and some other multinational
companies through involvement in competitive programming.
