judges and speakers.

10.2.1 Couldn’t do decision making fast.
10.2.2 Overlooked the small details.
10.2.3 Procrastinating in giving instructions and instructions were not clear
enough.
10.2.4 Lack of communication among committees.
10.2.5 The fact that most of the committees was first year students and
inexperienced in handling event.
10.2.6 Lack of promotion among UM students.
10.3 WAY TO OVERCOME
10.3.1 Learn how to do decision making properly in unexpected situation.
10.3.2 Double check the works.
10.3.3 Give instructions right after the meetings.
10.3.4 Do more activities together to reduce the awkwardness.
10.3.5 Ask experienced people for guidance.
10.3.6 Promote the event at least 2 months earlier.
