Quality Management System
A meeting with Dean of Computer Science and
Engineering School, Head of Global Programme, and
International Officers was held at Sejong University,
Seoul, South Korea. The discussion is related to
exchange undergraduate students with transfer credit
and Dual Degree Programme. The visit involved a
campus and lab tour.

University of Malaya QMS ISO 9001:2015 certification
transfers will be held in 2017. There are two “½ day”
workshops have been conducted. The first phase was to
identify the risk identification, risk effect and current control.
The second phase was related to priority risk (identify high
risk) and transferred the documents to QMEC provided
document. Three core processes (PT01 (UG & PG), PT02
(Research) and programme owners (Deputy Dean (UG, PG &
Research) attended the workshop together with FSKTM
Internal Auditors.
The Risk Management Register is submitted to QMEC by 8
th
April 2016. Only the processes related to Teaching and
Learning (T&L) is considered for this purpose (as for now).
