9.1 High council
9.1.1 Strengths
i.
Great teamwork between all members.
ii.
Manage to solve problem e.g. venue booking
problem nicely with the help from faculty staffs and
HEPA.
9.1.2 Weaknesses
i.
Most of members from high councils are not
familiar with Dean’s Cup procedure.
ii.
No preparation in conducting closing ceremony,
resulting the ceremony runs off-key.
9.1.3 Opportunities
i.
Should have restructure job scope of each
department. Department of Public Relations
should have handle game registration instead of
Department of Program and Protocol.
ii.
Should have separate Department of Sponsorship
and Department of Logistics and recruit more
people under Department Sponsorship to find
sponsor to fund this program.
iii.
Should have create Department of Protocol in
handling official ceremony involving Deans.
9.1.4 Threats
i.
Does not have lecturer advisor hence
miscommunication often occurs between
committee members and lecturers/staffs.
ii.
There are some lecturers who withdraw from the
games because of misunderstanding regarding
rules and regulations of the games.
