Same person in charge were allocated to more
than one games.

Not enough

members during runtime.

Student representative didn’t play their role well i.e.
confusion in registration method as some
registered through google while others fill in
spreadsheet.
9.5.3 Opportunities
i. Should have find players for the games earlier
than before i.e. when semester starts.
ii. Assign person in charge/member of
department
that know well about their job scope i.e. game
setup.
9.5.4 Threats
i.
No participation for certain games e.g. basketball
competition.
ii.
Venue booking problems.
iii.
No formal referees for the competitions.
iv.
Some allocated person in charge/members of
department
were missing in action during the
event.
