Manage to complete all the works even though with
less member.

Manage to carry all things needed for the program
with less or none manpower.

Have a great teamwork between members of
department

Manage to handle last minute tasks and also help
other
department
as well.
9.2.2 Weaknesses
i.
Late start in finding sponsor hence unable to get
sponsorship for the program.
ii.
Didn’t plan in detail on how to distribute the t-shirts
more efficiently.
9.2.3 Opportunities
i.
Buy some of the equipment by ourselves e.g.
prizes for the winners.
ii.
Should have recruit more team members.
9.2.4 Threats
i.
Lack of communication between higher authorities
and committee members.
ii.
Lack of fund.
iii.
Two big responsibilities in a
department
(Logistics
and sponsorship).
